Emotional Intelligence Workshop

Description

When a leader derails or plateaus, it is rarely due to a lack of subject matter expertise.  More often, it results from one or more elements of emotional intelligence.  The EQi 2.0 instrument provides scores for 16 elements that define emotional intelligence, including self-awareness, empathy, assertiveness, impulse control and stress tolerance.  This workshop helps leaders to develop insights regarding the choices they make in applying attitudes, behaviors and emotions that can impact relationships and overall effectiveness.
