Talent Review and Succession Planning

Description

Having the right talent in the right roles at the right time is critical to business continuity and strategy execution.  This course teaches leaders how to assess their direct reports using tools that differentiate well-placed leaders from those capable of advancement.  Participants practice applying these tools in break-out groups with case scenarios.  They also learn how potential is calibrated during talent review meetings.  Finally, participants evaluate a succession plan to identify pipeline gaps that could impact the availability of talent to fill critical roles.
