Description

Mid-level leaders have a unique opportunity to help lead large-scale organizational change while also working at a more grass-roots level to guide individual team members as they transition to a new reality.  This course leverages John Kotter’s framework from Leading Change as well as transition models to help leaders guide their teams through the change and transition processes.
