Feedback and Coaching for Impact

Description

This course provides a framework to guide feedback and coaching conversations.  Participants build mastery by managing positive scenarios before continuing to more challenging situations.  They learn how to navigate difficult conversations requiring critical feedback and coaching.  Participants practice in break-out groups and provide one another with peer feedback.
