The Extraordinary Leader 360 assessment provides feedback from a variety of raters in 19 competencies that differentiate the top 10% of leaders from the rest. Years of research by Zenger-Folkman indicate that building strengths to an extraordinary level has far greater impact on overall leadership effectiveness than fixing minor weaknesses. This group workshop focuses on helping leaders understand how they are viewed by their key constituent groups and how they can build upon their strengths for greater impact and effectiveness.
