The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a widely used instrument that identifies personality preferences, such as Introversion versus Extraversion.  This version of the workshop is for intact work teams or long-term project teams.  While it includes a focus on self-awareness to improve interactions with others, it also emphasizes:
