The Extraordinary Leader 360 Assessment and Coaching

The Extraordinary Leader 360 assessment provides feedback from a variety of raters in 19 competencies that differentiate the top 10% of leaders from the rest.  Years of research by Zenger-Folkman indicate that building strengths to an extraordinary level has far greater impact on overall leadership effectiveness than fixing minor weaknesses.  Leaders who complete this assessment process will understand how they are viewed by their key constituent groups and how they can build upon their strengths for greater impact and effectiveness.

Participants Receive

Assessment process includes three coaching sessions

  1. Greeting and Overview - up to 1 hour
    • Build trust and rapport between leader and coach
    • Understand the leaders current role and future aspirations
    • Overview the assessment process and objectives
    • Guidance on how to select the rater pool

  2. The Foundation - up to 2 hours
    • Good versus extraordinary
    • Importance of perception
    • How to interpret feedback report

  3. Your Plan - up to 2 hours
    • CPO matrix (development sweet spot)
    • Strength builders
    • Development plan
