Managing Conflict and Consensus

Description

Collaboration and problem-solving require leaders to navigate through conflict, facilitate constructive debate, and arrive at consensus decisions that those involved can willingly support.  This course includes an assessment of conflict mode preferences, best practices for healthy debates and a team decision simulation.  Participants recognize that synergy – a better consensus decision as a team versus those made by individual participants – can be achieved by facilitating constructive conflict and healthy debate.
