Emotional Intelligence EQi 2.0 Assessment and Coaching

Description

When a leader derails or plateaus, it often results from a deficit or overuse in one or more elements of emotional intelligence.  The EQi 2.0 instrument provides scores for 16 elements that define emotional intelligence, including self-awareness, empathy, assertiveness, impulse control and stress tolerance.  Through one-to-one discussion and coaching, the participating leader arrives at insights and action items to improve relationships and overall leadership effectiveness. 

Participants Receive

Assessment process includes three coaching sessions

  1. Greeting and Overview - approximately 30-45 minutes
    • Build trust and rapport between leaders and coach
    • Understand the leaders current role and future aspirations
    • Overview the assessment process and objectives
    • Provide baseline information on emotional intelligence and the EQi 2.0

  2. Assessment Debrief and Coaching - up to 2 hours
    • Review scores, rating scales and definitions
    • Discuss implications on leadership effectiveness
    • Identify potential target areas for change and development

  3. Development Plan Discussion - approximately 30 minutes
